See The Journey to Work: Welfare reform for the next Parliament for the policies that Mr Guy and the CSJ were pushing to be implemented prior to the last election.

So lots of focus on young people and employment, more Work Programme style contracts with more upfront payments for providers, and measures to encourage social housing tenants to move in seeking employment.
