Inadiquate DWP PIP submissions - ‘renewal claims’
We are beginning to see appeals on PIP ‘renewal’ claims.
In the latest submission received on a ‘renewal’ claim decision the DWP fail to provide any information about the previous award inc. the period & level of the award or a copy of the original PIP2, PA4 (and in this case the tribunal decision that made the award on original claim).
Further, the submission misleads the tribunal (for the above reasons) because it is written as a refusal on a new claim with a ‘date of claim’ which has no meaning (actually the date of decision on the renewal which post dates the ‘renewal’ PIP2 and PA4 in the sub.).
Are others seeing the same issues in subs. on ‘renewal’ PIP claims?
