Incredibly useful analysis of statistical reporting of migrant benefit claims from Commons Library, following some of the recent Migrant Watch/Daily Express headlines (aka utter spurious garbage).
In particular, at the conclusion, it’s noted that “However, these figures do reveal a quite different conclusion to that in the Migration Watch report: that, in February 2014, claimant rates were 7.4% for non-UK nationals and 12.7% UK nationals.” i.e. Migration Watch exaggerated things in their recent report shocker.
