yearly rent increase
Will UC increase by the annual rent increase or RPI on a yearly basis?
or is UC housing element frozen for 4 years from April 2016?
In the Welfare Reform and Work Bill ....
Local Housing Allowance (private rented sector housing costs) frozen for four years from April 2016.
Social rented sector (council and registered providers) will have to decrease by 1% each year
