I cannot believe it!

All the happy people we keep being told about who love UC so much!???

Complaints include ‘excessive pressure to meet targets, poor IT, inadequate training and exceptionally high levels of stress…new recruits are only being offered temporary contracts.’

‘A PCS survey earlier this year showed that it is clear that there are serious problems in the UC service centres which management needs to address these as a priority rather than continuing to expand UC into other areas.’

Well I never.

But, but, wasn’t it all supposed to be “on time, on budget” and all going swimmingly well?

If UC fails, it is all the fault of the strikers. Everything was hunky-dory prior to the strike. QED.

If only govt. had introduced the new (anti) strike law in time (says former CPSA branch chair).
