Supporting People funding and IS/JSA

As Supporting People funding is coming to an end in 2011, has anyone seen any guidance as to what will happen to those tenants who currently receive funding from SP to meet certain service charges relating to their tenancy – e.g. guidance/counselling?

As HB does not cover these costs and IS/JSA would not meet the costs because they were met by SP funding, we are trying to establish what if any new guidance exists regarding this as it is likely to cause difficulty for many of our service users.
