We’ve got safeguards in the sanction process now… supposedly.
I still think there may be mileage in this though as this guidance is an attempt to divest DWP of any duties under the Equality Act and S6 HRA (if it still exists) so there are still arguments to be made that this guidance may not meet the overarching duties of the Sec State.
