Personal Budgeting Support
When I last prepared some training on UC (back in 2013) I was told that PBS would include a phone session and if necessary a face to face with someone from DWP to discuss budgeting. Looking at the material out now all it seems to say is talk to your job coach and they will signpost you to the most appropriate agency.
Does anyone have any experience of what is on offer to clients?
