I think there is a bit of a danger that you believe, if your landlords name is not on this list.. they are somehow OK.

There is no substitute for taking all the normal precautions of inspecting and visiting a property, and making sure it is fit, before you finally sign up.

hi martin ... looks like informationtribunal.gov.uk uploaded the decision to a URL with gaps in it !!
