Income Support whilst on unpaid leave from work
client’s wife terminal on DLA high rates and IB, husband can claim CA as will take unpaid leave from work to care for wife, is there any reason they can’t claim top of Income Support ? The unpaid leave is confusing me! thanks for any help.
