Forwarding of mail and calls from Atos to Maximus
For info .... this via twitter conversation involving Sue Marsh, Head of Customer Experience at Maximus -
Q? For claimants already in system & booked for face to face with Atos, do we still use Atos phone no. & address given by Atos for letters etc?
A - Yes, everything is coming to us via old numbers ...
Q? - We were given a Wolverhampton address to send GP evidence to Atos, re assmt booked for 16 March. Do we still send to that address?
A - Everything procedural is the same ... procedures all in place to forward (hopefully seamlessly)
