1995-96 CPAG
Apparently the rules changed on 2nd October 1995 for Housing costs for remortgages but people who took out the loan before that time may still qualify under the old rules. These are to be found on pages 30-32 of CPAG National Welfare Benefits Handbook, as it then was.
Does anyone have a copy of said pages that they could kindly post here please?
