Capital from backpayments of state pension
P383 of CPAG says that lump sums of deferred SP are ignored indefinitely, but does this include back payments for periods when SP payments were suspended (in my client’s case it was due to not informing the DWP of a change of address)?
P382 doesn’t seem to mention SP, so I’m not sure if my client’s back payment should be ignored indefinitely or for a shorter period.
