PC2 is a Pension Credit review form.  It asks for details of customer (and partner if applicable).  Details of income, savings, property ownership, stays in hospital or residential care are asked for.  Whether or not any Carer’s Allowance is being claimed/paid by or for anyone.  I don’t have an electronic copy but at a push you could try using a PC1 (Pension Credit claim form) and write ‘treat as PC2’ on the front.

would it ask about others living there as well?

its related to a backdated sdp.

Pretty sure that it does.  DWP would usually require a PC10 as well which definitely does ask about ‘other people who live with you’.

it would be very good news indeed if it does.

we used a pc10 to get the sdp included going forward its not a significant backdate I am arguing for.

thanks for your help.
