New(ish) UT Judge
Well I’ve seen a few goodbyes but would like to make a congratulations now.
I note that Upper Tribunal Judge Hemingway has been appointed; I missed it at the time. Judge Hemingway used to sit a lot in Birmingham when I worked there and I’d like to express my congratulations.
It doesn’t do emoticons on here but if it did there would be a smiley at the bottom!
