Council tax and full time students

Hi,

Would anyone know where i could get hold of a copy of -

Birmingham City Council v Birmingham VCCT and Adamson [1993] CO365/92 (QBD)?

Its cited on page 109 of the current CPAG Council Tax Handbook.

It relates to determining whether a course is full time and the consideration of study hours.

It doesn’t seem to be available on the internet.

i felt sure i could find that on lexis, but all they have is the case title; if it isn’t there, you will need to go to your local library.
