Exclusion of the most expensive properties from LHA calculations
I had understood that from October 2011 when LHA will be set at the 30th percentile of local rents, the most expensive properties will be excluded first. However, I think I have seen something about the govt backtracking on the expensive properties bit of the change, or maybe I’ve just dreamt it. Can anyone confirm that this change is indeed going ahead.
