This is a strange one and I most probably know the answer (No).
Can a Disability Premium be included when carrying out a HB/CTB calculation when a claiment has an entitlement to ESA, where there had been a previous entitlement to Incapacity Benefit. I know of the 8 week linking rule with regard to IB but can this extend to HB/CTB through any recent change or new linking rule.

No. For those claiming ESA, the DP in HB/CTB is replaced by the appropriate ESA component.
