In/eligible charges or social care costs?
We have, potentially, a local care home moving to landlord status. This has opened a can of worms about eligible and ineligible service charges, meal provision, whether it will fall into sheltered housing scheme, and whether 24/7 on-site caretaker/care provision falls under HB or Adult social care. Our council is unitary & will most likely not be the landlord. Any help or guidance please?
