PIP Complaint

A clt received their decision from PIP, it stated that they were awarded 0 points. It also went onto state they had written to their consultant, specialist nurse and physiotherapist. Well I checked this out and have had emails back from all three stating categorically they have never been contacted by ATOS, DWP or any other agency. I have asked the DWP and ATOS for evidence of this matter which they both say they have lost [in writing]. As none of what they say anbe proved yet my clt can prove everything is this a case of misfeasance in public office by the DM? Or something else.

Does anyone have the PIP complaint procedure as I seem unable to find one.

I recently sent a PIP complaint to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and had a response within days.

Give them a try!

I doubt that lying to the citizen in the above context reaches the threshhold of misfeasance in public office which could found a claim for damages but it’s certainly an internal disciplinary matter.
