I received a call yesterday from an enquiry company (Wyman Dillon) on behalf of ATOS asking about client and my freedback on the process so far

Questions regarding medicals, if clients were aware of travel expenses claim, any issues with distance, availability and possibility of Domiilary medicals

also covered issues of the claims process, delays in getting forms, feedback on the process

Also covered issues of decision delays, MR and appeals

The telephone conversation being 10-15 mins but could have been longer

They are doing this most of this week I understand so who knows you may get a call
