DLA arrears as capital
Hello
I am aware that the general rule is that arrears of most benefits can be ignored for 52 weeks as capital, but DLA is considered outside that rule.
Does this mean that it is permanently disregarded or is it disregarded for another period as capital?
Does anyone know what regulation covers this?
