Does anyone know if MM AV13-14 (ESA) is done yet?
Has the decision of a Tribunal of Commissioners in Northern Ireland in MM AV13-14 (ESA) been done yet? It is a case determining whether the relevant descriptor relating to presence at a workstation can be satisfied by a combination of standing and sitting or not.
It’s just that I have a re-hearing of and ESA case waiting and the UT judge has directed it not be heard until the Northern Ireland decision is given.
