Hi,
Reported on Rightsnet here - http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/news/story/past-presence-test-for-dla-attendance-allowance-and-carers-allowance-purpos DMG 19/12 has mysteriously disappeared from Gov.UK just when we need it for an appeal.
Luckily of one my more EU minded colleagues keeps all the EU related memos so if anyone is scrabbling for a copy (useful for appeals relating to past presence exemptions for decisions prior to April 13) one is attached.
