Just received an MR decision notice from Makerfield BDC, (Post handling Site B, WOLVERHAMPTON WV99 1RS), in an envelope giving the return address as Belfast BC!!
It is just chaos, and if confusing to experienced welfs, imagine how it is for clients.
Makes it wierd when defending an overpayment appeal
Q ” Did you notify the issing office of this change of circumstances”
A “Yes, all of them!”
