R2R, self sufficiencey and comp health insurance
I have read tht VP, [2014] UKUT 0032 (AAC) is being appealed to the Court of Appeal so that the question of NHS entitlement meeting the comprehensive health insurance requirement was being reconsidered (the decisionin VP being that it does not) . Can anyone update me please?
