R(MM) v SSWP [2013] EWCA Civ 1565
Has anyone got a copy of the CA decision in MM & DM they could attach or email? I could really do with a peruse today.
Our corporate network doesn’t like Bailii very much and keeps on timing out my attempts to access it; external links in google hits direct to bailii so it would seem.
The person I know who’s got a hard copy isn’t in the office today.
I need the full decision, not just the precis.
Any help would be appreciated.
