You couldn’t make it up!!!!
It angers me that DWP are quite happy, and zealous, about imposing deadlines on claimants, but will not be bound by timescales themselves.
That indicates they got the information just not in their timescale. If this is the case shouldn’t they have taken it into consideration anyway when making their decision?
