Supporting Vulnerable Customers Initiative
A year or so ago I remember discussion about the DWP implementing a policy to support vunerable claimants through the claim process at local offices where trained staff would support people by liasing with Benefit Delivery Centre.
Can anyone confirm if this policy is still in place?

It is here - we have a named person we contact and they arrange an appointment for the client.
