section 13A valuaton tribunal decision
At long last the VA has decided it can overturn a discretionay decision refusing relief on an application under section 13A. I had my cases thrown out when I brought them on the grounds that the VA did not have jurisdiction to deal with such a case. Now maybe the sectoin will be used more widely. I wonder why it has ttaken so long for the situation to be clarified by the VA !!!
