One strike sanctions and passported benefit

Hi,

Can anyone shed any light on this topic please.

We have received an FPA7 where the customer was in receipt of ESA IR, as a result of the offence their ESA has been dissallowed for the period 30.04.14 to 28.05.14.

My question is for this period do we apply the sanction to any HB/CTB as the claim is then becomes STD for this period or does the customer keep an underlying entitlement to the passported benefit and therefore no effect to HB/CTB.
