From the Hull & East Riding Advice Forward Partnership (AFP):

The AFP consists of 13 advice organisations in the Hull and East Riding area. It is funded by Big Lottery under the Advice Services Transition Fund grant and led by Hull & East Yorkshire Citizens Advice Bureau.

The website and digital system:

The partnership wishes to commission a website to fulfill a key part of the Advice Service Transition Fund project brief.

The website will fulfill the function of increasing provision of self-help advice materials, and improving access to advice for the people of Hull & the East Riding.

The website will form part of a broader digital system to be developed under this specification to facilitate improved access, communication and referral and appointment booking routes between members of the partnership, better quality referrals and improvements in the client journey for those accessing advice services locally.

The budget for the complete website and digital system is £20,000.
