Invitation to bid for consultancy services for the preparation of a Feasibility Study

- The Hull & East Riding Advice Forward Partnership (AFP): The AFP consists of 13 advice organisations in the Hull and East Riding area. It is funded by Big Lottery under the Advice Services Transition Fund grant and led by Hull & East Yorkshire Citizens Advice Bureau.

- The consultancy service: The partnership wishes to commission a broad ranging feasibility study to consider income generation opportunities, from a range of sources, in the not-for-profit advice sector. The partnership will use the study to make strong evidenced based choices on strategic and business decisions with a view to stabilising income streams across the partnership and protecting it against future funding cuts. The budget for the study is £9250
