File Reviews

Hi everyone

We are currently updating our Casework tools in the office and wondered if anyone has an electronic copy of a file review form that may be slightly more up to date than the one’s we’ve been using. You know how it is don’t want to reinvent the wheel and all that.

If anyone has one it would be great if you could send it to me, alternatively if anyone knows of a link to a current form. Unfortunately when searching through all our stuff all we can find are things that are relevant to the old LSC contract files and even they were out of date.
