Work related activity mandatory for a partner on a ESA claim ?

I have had a couple of enquiries regarding a partner on a ESA claim having to attend work focused meetings as a mandatory requirement.

Can some one point me in the direction of the regs for this

I think that it comes within the The Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews for
Partners) Regulations 2003 and Amendment Regulations 2008. This is what is referred to in the Decision Maker Guidance. Also referred to is the Social Security Act 1992 S.2AA (3)
