Hi

I am anxious to follow the link contained in the thread:  http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/2363/ - which refers to regs around having a claim for CB ESA treated as claim for IR ESA for purposes of having the EDP included but the link in the thread is no longer active. Could anyone assist me with the relevant provisions
