Withdrawing HB from under 25s
This has popped up on the front page of rightsnet - I just read it - could someone else read it and confirm for me that it reveals, in so many words, that this is a subject on which HMG has expended much hot air but has not done one jot of useful research to examine its possible impact? The objections as listed are devastating and they have not been addressed at all.
Is this policy-making, or pure posturing????
