Funeral payment caselaw

Hi All,

Does anyone have a link to CIS/450/1995? (issue concerns a loan from relatives towards funeral costs). Can’t find a copy of it.

Don’t suppose you had any luck with this? We’ve had a query with similar issues about loans meaning FP being refused.

I see nevip talked about it on this forum in terms suggesting he might actually have a copy way back in 2005 - so maybe ask him?

Either that or an email to the UT will get you a copy in fairly short order…..
