20 year old f-t student ‘accepted to attend,enrolled on, or began the course before attaining the age of 21’
The student started an Art and Design: BTEC Level 2 Diploma (1 year full time in September 2009) Turned 19 in December 2009.
Does anyone know whether he still fit within para 15A(4) of Schedule 1B IS regs if he then goes on to study BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma 2 year full time, either in Art or Design, which is a follow on to Level 2, but for which the student has to apply and enrol separately?
