A hash of a reconsideration

Well I’ve just seen my first mandatorily reconsidered decision. Three letters went out, one I suspect was the MR notice didn’t come in duplicate; just one piece of paper in a brown hand written envelope saying “decision changed” and two almost normal decision notices discussing rates etc.

Not one mentioned a right of appeal!

Where it was a decision placing in the WRAG when we’re aiming for the Support Group that is just plain norty.

With both this and the sanctions debacle there would appear to be a deliberate attempt to fetter people’s access to challenge decisions; I am not amused!
