Repository of foreign laws

Probably a note for Martin Williams but still someone else might remember.

Last year Martin pointed me to a repository of foreign law; I used it to establish joint nationality for a Portuguese national who’d moved from the Portguese colonial area of India (it was Daman) who’d naturalised UK citizenship.

I successfully argued that he was still an EU citizen off teh back of it.

I need to do the same for a dual Iranian/UK citizen.

I can’t find my thread so I’m wondering whether someone could point me in the right direction
