In October’s Touchbase it was announced that the Mail opening centres are being streamlined from 26 Centres into 2 eventually

We also know from the latest stake holder bulletin that all mail for the Swansea office of the Pension Service now needs to be addressed to Wolverhampton Centre.

On November 27th I posted an A2 IS review form by recorded delivery for Caerphilly Job Centre Plus Benefit Centre, so normally it goes to Cardiff opening centre.
I had a message on 13/12 of a real life officer in Caerphilly worried that the form had not arrived neither virtual ( info logged in to the claimants notes)  or in actual paper form.

Track and trace tells me that the letter had been delivered by Royal Mail into the Wolverhampton delivery centre on 3/12 ...  Christmas and early days come to mind but somehow I have visions of Tax Credit scan Mark II ?
