Hi
Has anyone got the address for complaining to Capita regarding their stupendous delays?

Only address we have is a PO Box ??? (yes, no numbers provided!)

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Jen

This may not be what you need but it may be a start -

I’ve had contact from:

Capita Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
Fort Dunlop, 6th Floor, Fort Parkway,
Birmingham, B24 9FD

....but it wasn’t re. complaints.

Fort Dunlop symbolises everything about the changes in our society and the long term joblessness and inequality we now deal with.

Started 1898, ended 1980s.Dunlop sold off in lots and now largely owned by a Japanese company. The factory once employed 10,000 (yes, 10,000) workers and now houses a private company which sucks up privatised welfare state support for the sick and disabled, some of whom have poor health, at least partly caused by, the closure of places like the Dunlop factory.
