PIP and DLA
Hi,
I just want clarification about this point. Someone already gets DLA - LRC and claims PIP, PIP claim is refused. The PIP decision will cancel the DLA award as well - right?
I hope this makes sense
They should receive a final 4 week DLA payment after the PIP determination’ but yes DLA will cease. See 17(1) of the TP regs.
