some good funding news in scotland
‘Nearly seventy new projects throughout Scotland are to be part of a £7.45m scheme to help people facing serious debt and money/benefit problems.
Each of the organisations will receive financial support under the Scottish Legal Aid Board’s Making Advice Work (MAW) programme.
Around 126 additional FTE advisers will be employed by the new projects, funding for which comes from the Scottish Government and the Money Advice Service (MAS).’
