Case Management software

The powers that be have finally decided that my 10 year old self designed Access database is no longer fit for purpose and have agreed that we can buy new software.

I am going to be looking at AIMS and IIZUKA but have been asked to try and find a third option as well. We use Academy in house and are introducing Total Mobile with Academy to be able to work remotely, if that has nay bearing on things?

Does anyone have any reccommendations for any other case management systems?

TIA.

We use Casetrack and I, at least, find it does everything I need it to do.

We have used WROSeS from Iizuka for the last 5 years. Have to say that it gives us everything we need, and is flexible enough to enable us to make changes to reflect changes in working practice or something we decide we want to report on. The company has been good to work with as well.
Iizuka are rolling out a new version which we are looking at.
