ATOS failed visits
I am helping a client with a complaint to Atos. The Dr sent a letter to state he would go to client’s home on 14/4/2013 , then completed a form to state he went on 13/4/2013 and 15/4/2013 and recorded these as ‘failed visits’.
Does anyone know if they are paid for these? It is puzzling us why he would do this.
