DLA reg 2(2)(e) -?
Abovementioned reg appears to allow DLA whilst abroad **without time limit** provided absence is temporary, for medical treatment and if sec of state certificates that it is ** consistent with proper administration of the Act (SSCBA)**. Anyone know what the criteria are for the ‘certificates…’ requirement?. DMG refers to para 070913, but this para has been deleted from online version, and regs book is of no assistance, thanks, Jim
