Sanctions Sanctions Bloody Sanctions!
Can anyone confirm ASAP whether direct deductions/payments e.g. rent arrears, can still be paid whilst a claimant’s JSA etc is sanctioned? I am working with several of our sanctioned tenants at present who have imminent eviction warrants and their rent payments rely on the arrears payment of £3.60pw from their JSA.
