DLA Manual Notification Codes

Wondering if anyone has a clue as to what “Manual Notification 7007” and “Manual Notification 7012” actually mean on a DLA entitlement decision?

Context: DLA overpayment appeal relating to alleged failure to notifiy of being in hospital, 28 days ran out and when DWP do say they know of this they are seeking recovery of the overpayment. There are several entitlement decisions before the overpayment decision. Im looking at whether these were notified to the client and the actual decisions dont say this. They just say “Manual Notification” then one of the two numbers (are they codes?) as above.

My pre-emptive searches of the internet threw up nowt…..
